About the Role
Management related roles and activities can include:
- Leading the Sales Department in the areas of operations, sales, performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the Variable Operations Departments including new and used vehicle sales, finance, and insurance, and Business Development Center (BDC).
- Championing the variable department managers to improve operations, performance, and profitability while working with the fixed operations managers to resolve customer and process issues.
- Supervising the service and repair of vehicles brought to the dealership. Also assists with operations, profitability, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with operations of the Parts Department and supervising Parts Department employees. Also assists with inventory control, department profitability and customer satisfaction.
